UFC 225 Whittaker vs Romero and Other Picks and Predictions

The UFC Star lands in Chicago, Illinois this Saturday to Get UFC 225.

The lineup is completely stacked from top to bottom.
Matchmakers Sean Shelby and Mick Maynard really did a remarkable job on this fight card.
The UFC Fight Pass prelims alone feature former light heavyweight world champion Rashad Evans, a battle between #1 and #5 rated Flyweights Joe Benavidez and Sergio Pettis, along with the always exciting 6-time Fight of the Night bonus recipient Clay”The Carpenter” Guida.
The undercard will be broadcast live on FS1. Former name challenger Ricardo Lamas will square off against Bosnian Mirsad Bektic. Mirsad is coming off a Performance of the Night when he pumped out Godofredo Pepey from the 1st round back in January.
There is also a showdown between two former Strawweight title challengers Brazilian Claudia Gadelha and”Cookie Monster” Carla Esparza. We also get to find another name challenger Alistair Overeem collide with the up and coming Curtis”Razor” Blaydes at a heavyweight matchup with serious title consequences.
And that is just the undercard. I am pumped!
Kicking off the main card will be former WWE superstar and hometown boy C.M. Punk. Then we will see former world champions and present teammates Andrei Arlovski and Holly Holm in action and two title fights in the primary and co-main occasion.
Colby”Chaos” Covington was impressive inside the Octagon. It has been his harsh words for Brazilian lovers and never-ending smack talk from the direction of the divisional foes onto Twitter that has moved up the Welterweight ladder faster than anything, though.
He’ll face former 155 pound world winner Rafael Dos Anjos in an Interim Welterweight Title Fight.
The main event is a rematch between the 185-pound division’s best fighters Yoel”The Soldier of God” Romero along with the title-holder from New Zealand Robert Whittaker. Whittaker was too much for Romero the very first time that they locked horns, but the two are equally matched and anything could happen when they meet again.
