Sasha Banks has spoken about the importance of her post-WrestleMania break.
Banks was absent in WWE television and live events after the organization’s biggest series of the year, where she and Bayley lost the women championships into the IIconics.
There had been speculation in a number of online news outlets that inventories was taking some time off as a demonstration and that she could even leave the business when her contract finished.
But that scenario failed to materialise and Banks has returned sparking a program one of the Four Horsewomen faction of the company that has seized the imagination of their fans.
She will also face Raw women’s champion Becky Lynch in a title game on Sunday at Clash of Champions night, and Banks feels she has profited from her time.
“I have been doing so for seven decades straight, no breaks,” Banks said in a meeting with The Mac Attack on American tv station WFNZ.
“People will need to step back, reevaluate their lifestyles, take care of their souls, and their minds. I’m back and better than ever. I got myself a championship game on Sunday, so I think I did very nicely for myself”
