Since hammering on Joshua has Ruiz Jr stayed healthy and fit?
That’s nothing we have not dealt with before although he will be heavy. He likes tacos. We do not be worried about his diet out of camp. Bear in mind, this is a camp that is heavyweight. Andy isn’t a lightweight.
When his diet begins, is Ruiz Jr disciplined?
Yes. We attempt to make it more wholesome. A lot of fruits and veggies but he has the cure. For the large part, he’s serious about his dietplan. We try to offer the fuel to make it through his coaching sessions to him. We introduce veggies and fish.
Tell us around Ruiz Jr’s cheat meal…
During camp we will cheat. In the camp we would go to the movies at the weekend and he would have popcorn. However, the tacos are all our getaway our meal, on Friday night. There is. But nothing too crazy.
Where does Ruiz Jr visit eat tacos?
There’s a location close to his home, an area at the corner – Andy enjoys the el warrior con queso tacos. They put cheese inside the tacoand melt it – we get a variety but he loves the pork.
Can a meal store Ruiz Jr?
Definitely. We must keep him happy. When he is hungry he has grouchy. So that I keep him fed. He operates out quite hard and his training days are rough so I keep him happy and fuelled.
