That’s nothing we have not dealt with previously although he will be heavy. He likes tacos. We do not be worried about his diet outside of camp. Bear in mind, this is a camp that is heavyweight. Andy isn’t a lightweight.
When his diet starts, is Ruiz Jr disciplined?
Yes. We try to make it more healthy. A great deal of vegetables and fruits but he has the occasional treat. For the large part, he is seriously interested in his dietplan. We attempt to provide him the fuel. We introduce veggies and fish.
Tell us around Ruiz Jr’s cheat meal…
During camp we will cheat. In the camp we’d go to the movies in the weekend and he would have popcorn. But the tacos are our getaway our meal, on Friday night. There is a place we go to where he occupies tacos. But nothing too mad.
Where will Ruiz Jr visit eat tacos?
There is a place near his property, an outdoor place at the corner where you can not even sit indoors – . They place cheese inside the tacoand melt – we get an assortment but he loves the pork.
Does a cheat meal store Ruiz Jr?
Definitely. We have to keep him happy. When he’s hungry he gets. So I keep him fed. He operates out quite hard and his coaching days are rough so that I keep him joyful and fuelled.
