Fiji to target Wales back row as they chase Rugby World Cup upset

Wales vs Fiji
World Cup
9th October

Fiji will seem to put stress on Wednesday on Wales rear in their Rugby World Cup battle because the Pacific islanders look to maintain their subdued quarter-final hopes living, trainer John McKee stated.
Wales coach Warren Gatland has elected to break Justin Tipuric for its Pool D game at Oita Stadium, leading to James Davies at flanker.
Ross Moriarty has been promoted to begin at No 8, together with Josh Navidi switching across to the blindside.
McKee has brought Viliame Mata using the Edinburgh forwards named No 8 in place of the benched Peceli Yato, into his rear row.
The only real change to this Fiji beginning Olympic rugby sevens gold medallist Mata will stand with openside flanker Semi Kunatani and ruler Dominiko Waqaniburotu.
We have got some very good back rowers, and whichever way we perform them, it is a really strong, powerful back row around the playground, said McKee.
We can determine just what a strong side they are around the breakdown. Among the closest battles will be there.
Wales definitely look to strike the ball on the carriers and either try to acquire turnovers or slow up the ball. That will be a critical area for us, firstly to ensure we get very good continuity and secondly, were effective enough to get quick ball.
Having lost both pool matches from Australia and Uruguay, victory in their final clash against Wales would keep Fiji in contention but they would require the Welsh or the Wallabies to slip up in their matches to experience.
Pool D leaders Australia play Georgia in their game, while Wales meet Uruguay.
We see that this final pool match as a challenge and an opportunity, its very important to finish the pool point on a high note, said McKee.
We carry some momentum and confidence from the Georgia match and at precisely the same time know we must measure up in performance in this game because its going to be of a higher intensity
