We are a non profit 501 (C) (3) corporation that aims to provide relief and development services to impoverished individuals, families and communities in underprivileged areas in Ethiopia. We serve all communities and people of all backgrounds and creeds equally with out any discrimination. We value humanity and would like to make advancing the noble causes of serving humanity as our guiding principle.

Preamble of our founding Constitution:
The Taltalle Relief Development Foundation is a non-profit corporation that aims to provide relief and development services to impoverished individuals, families and communities in Borana zone of Oromia, Southern Ethiopia. Through its humanitarian services, it tries to mitigate the sufferings of the poorest of the poor through provisions of basic human services such as shelter, food and education and healthcare. It partners with the local development actors and stakeholders to provide development services and interventions that will eventually lead to realizing a peaceful, prosperous and self-reliant community. In his connection, developing a necessary human capital is central to the mission of this foundation.

Objectives:
The TRDF is a non-profit corporation and shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code. Among other things, the TRDF aspires to achieve the followings:

To empower orphans and children of poor families in this areas.

To support gifted and talented students become role models and agents of change for development.

To empower orphans and children of poor families through provisions of quality education and healthcare.

To support role models such as high-performing high school and university students to inculcate self-confidence in order to produce more such a role models that can positively contribute to the realization of TRDF’s mission and vision.
